How are our alcohol-free beers brewed?
At Déjà Bu ?, the beers are guaranteed 0.0% alcohol-free. Most are brewed alcohol-free from the start using specific yeasts that do not ferment. This preserves their flavour and aromatic complexity.
This craft process preserves the balance of golden malt, aromatic hops and pure water, with grain and citrus notes. Some brews include lemon or grapefruit zest for a refreshing touch, while others use spice and fruit infusions for a bolder profile.
