At Déjà Bu ?, we enjoy this alcohol-free amber beer that is organic, copper-coloured, with caramel on the nose and lightly toasted notes. Rounded and comforting, it offers the character of a true craft amber beer without a drop of alcohol. A reliable choice for lovers of malty, richly flavoured beers.
Serve lightly chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, in a flared beer glass to appreciate its caramel and toasted aromas. Ideal as an aperitif or with food, it pairs beautifully with grilled meat, burgers, slow-cooked dishes or mature cheese.

The Free Jazz range comes from Brasserie Kiss’Wing, a family craft brewery in Montblanc, Hérault (Occitanie), among the Languedoc vineyards near Béziers. Founded by Didier, inspired by the rise of Canadian microbreweries, with his children Anaïs and Florent, it launched its first recipe in 2017 and specialises in organic craft beers.
