Déjà Bu ? is a unique concept in Paris: a 100% alcohol-free bottle shop and bar where you can explore alcohol-free drinking. Discover alternatives to the classics — alcohol-free wine, gin, rum and beer — alongside drinks made with fruit, herbs and spices.

I’m Sarah, the founder of Déjà Bu ?
I discovered alcohol-free drinks by chance over an aperitif at a friend’s house, and it became a real passion.
I don’t drink alcohol and, let’s be honest, having only soft drinks or sparkling water at aperitif time isn’t very exciting.
That day, my friends served me an alcohol-free gin and tonic, and I was amazed. It blew me away.
I immediately wanted a bottle of my own, to discover other drinks and try new products… but it wasn’t that simple: there was nowhere I could taste alcohol-free drinks and get advice.
Traditional wine merchants laughed at me, and supermarkets only offered beers… a dedicated place was missing, so I decided to create one.
I put my journalism career on hold to create Déjà bu ? and offer you the best possible alcohol-free experience. And when I welcome you to the shop, I know I made the right choice!

No. The drinks selected by Déjà Bu ? contain less sugar and fewer calories than alcoholic drinks and soft drinks. When alcohol is removed, sugar is not added to replace it. There are also plenty of SUGAR-FREE drinks.
There are different methods. Some drinks are dealcoholised, meaning all the alcohol has been removed from the original drink (wine, gin, rum, whisky…). Others are created from scratch and have never contained alcohol.
If you have any questions or are unsure, call us on 07 80 73 71 50. We’ll be happy to help you choose.
Bottles are delivered via Colissimo or Relais Colis. We make sure delivery takes place within 48 hours and that the bottles are well protected against breakage.
We don’t take table bookings, but if you have an event to celebrate, you can hire the bar exclusively. Get in touch for a quote tailored to your needs.
