It then travels to Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, where its alcohol is carefully extracted using perfumers’ expertise, before the ethanol finds a second life in fine perfumery. The spirit is then redistilled in France, in a distillery dating from 1875, with ingredients including French oak bark. It reveals a generous, woody profile with notes of caramelised dried fruit, sugar cane and vanilla, ideal for creating impressive 0.0% cocktails.
