At Déjà Bu ?, we love the playful side of this alcohol-free pale beer that is organic and brewed in the style of an Arlequin sweet. Its very fruity apple and pear aromas, tangy and indulgent, recall the famous childhood sweet. A fun, original, refreshing beer, perfect for surprising guests at aperitif time.
Serve well chilled, between 4 and 6 °C, in a flared beer glass to enjoy its fruity nose. Ideal as an aperitif or outdoors, it pairs with sweet-and-savoury dishes, spicy cuisine, fruit desserts or simply snacks with friends.

The Free Jazz range comes from Brasserie Kiss’Wing, a family craft brewery in Montblanc, Hérault (Occitanie), among the Languedoc vineyards near Béziers. Founded by Didier, inspired by the rise of Canadian microbreweries, with his children Anaïs and Florent, it launched its first recipe in 2017 and specialises in organic craft beers.
