Serve well chilled, between 4 and 6 °C, in a tall or stemmed glass to release its hop aromas. Ideal as an aperitif, on a terrace or alongside spicy food, tapas or a selection of savoury nibbles.

This IPA soda is made by UMÀ, the Parisian producer founded by Paul and Simon, two friends with a simple question: what can you drink when you don't want alcohol, without settling for flavourless water or overly sweet soda? After research that began in 2010, they launched their first drinks in March 2015, with the ambition of creating subtler, healthier recipes using fine ingredients. Here, UMÀ offers a creative soft-drink interpretation of IPA.
