This cuvée is made by dealcoholising the iconic organic Rosé d’une Nuit at a low temperature in a vacuum tank to preserve the wine’s sensory qualities as much as possible.

Château La Coste is an organically farmed Provençal estate at the gateway to the Luberon, near Aix-en-Provence, continuing a long winemaking tradition. Launched in late 2023, NOOH offers alcohol-free versions of the estate’s wines through gentle, low-temperature dealcoholisation that preserves their aromas. The rosé is made from the château’s organic Rosé d’une Nuit, a mark of finesse and authenticity.
