At Déjà Bu ?, we love the simplicity of this alcohol-free spritz that is ready to use. SPRZ N°1 is a spritz base with a gentle, balanced bitterness and sweet and bitter orange aromas. Just top it up with sparkling water to enjoy all the pleasure of an Italian aperitif in one easy step, without a drop of alcohol.
Serve well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, over ice in a large wine glass, topped up with sparkling water and garnished with an orange slice. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs with olives, focaccia, antipasti and plant-based charcuterie.
