The NOOH by La Coste alcohol-free sparkling rosé is our sparkling Provençal gem: an elegant 0.0% rosé made from Château La Coste’s iconic organic Rosé d’une Nuit, dealcoholised and then gently carbonated. Fine bubbles, a pale colour and fresh red-fruit aromas make this alcohol-free sparkling rosé a festive, refined sparkling drink. At Déjà Bu ?, we love its chic Provençal style and thirst-quenching freshness.
Serve NOOH Sparkling Rosé well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, in a flute or wine glass to preserve its bubbles and release notes of strawberry, raspberry and citrus. Perfect as an aperitif or for a toast, it pairs beautifully with tapas, a summer salad, seafood or a red-fruit dessert. A sunny, festive alcohol-free sparkling rosé.

Château La Coste is an organically farmed Provençal estate at the gateway to the Luberon, near Aix-en-Provence. Launched in late 2023, NOOH offers alcohol-free versions of the estate’s wines through gentle, low-temperature dealcoholisation in a reduced-pressure tank, preserving the aromas before light carbonation for the sparkling wines.
