Deep amber-red colour. Intense nose of bitter herbs and candied citrus. A direct, bitter palate with a lovely long finish. Very low in sugar.
The ideal companion for characterful alcohol-free cocktails — Negroni, Americano, bitter Spritz — or simply topped up with sparkling water over ice, with a slice of orange.

Serve well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, topped up with sparkling water or tonic over ice, in a large glass with an orange slice. An ideal base for an alcohol-free Spritz or Americano, it also pairs with olives, tapenade and plant-based charcuterie at aperitif time.
