Keep refrigerated. Pour approximately 4 cl of cordial over ice and top up with tonic or sparkling water for an elegant, bitter long drink. Serve well chilled, between 4 and 6°C, in a highball glass, garnished with grapefruit zest and a rosemary sprig. It pairs ideally with alcohol-free gin.
