Slowly infused cucumber brings a crisp, almost crystalline vegetal character, while lemon lifts the whole with a clear, vibrant acidity. The ideal base for an alcohol-free cocktail that is fresh and elegant.
Keep refrigerated. Pour approximately 4 cl of cordial over ice and top up with sparkling water or tonic for a thirst-quenching long drink. Serve well chilled, between 4 and 6°C, in a highball glass, garnished with thin cucumber slices and a lemon slice. It also pairs beautifully with alcohol-free gin.
