Enjoy it like a fine wine: serve it chilled, at around 10 to 12 °C, in a flute or wine glass to reveal its white-flower notes and sparkling freshness. Perfect as an aperitif as an alternative to alcohol-free champagne, or with delicate dishes: fish, shellfish, fresh cheeses and fruity desserts.
From the Jasbire garden, perched at 1800 m in Nepal’s Ilam mountains, this white tea is grown at a cooperative tea producer. It is infused with reverse-osmosis water from Auvergne, pure and balanced, to reveal all its aromatic richness.
