A dealcoholised red with character: where many 0.0% wines disappoint, AFFRANCHI keeps its body, fruit and real tannins. Our favourite for an aperitif or a meal where everyone can raise a glass, with or without alcohol.
Serve AFFRANCHI 0.0 like a real red wine: in a stemmed glass, between 14 and 16°C. An intense garnet colour with ruby highlights, a nose of red fruit (strawberry, cherry) and black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant), and a generous palate with a delicate tannic structure and vanilla finish. Ideal as an aperitif or at the table, with a wide variety of dishes.

AFFRANCHI 0.0 is made by MAUPERIER, a family estate of around fifteen hectares in Salles-de-Castillon, in the heart of the Castillon – Côtes de Bordeaux appellation, close to Saint-Émilion. Led by Ana and Thierry Russo, MAUPERIER describes itself as “a startup among the vines”: a small, committed estate (certified Haute Valeur Environnementale) that enjoys reinventing wine rather than following convention. With AFFRANCHI, the winemaker took on a challenge: capturing the soul of her Castillon terroir in a fully dealcoholised wine, so that the pleasure of wine includes everyone around the table.
