NOOH is premium alcohol-free wine with a Provençal touch: a white wine made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, without alcohol , fresh and elegant, from a great organic estate in Aix-en-Provence. We love its aromatic intensity and liveliness, making it one of the finest alcohol-free whites in our cellar, perfect for special occasions.
Serve this alcohol-free white wine well chilled, between 6 and 8 °C, in a white wine glass to reveal its white fruit aromas and tangy notes. Ideal as an alcohol-free aperitif or with fish, seafood, Mediterranean dishes or goat’s cheese. Keep refrigerated after opening.

NOOH is the alcohol-free wine brand of Château La Coste, a Provençal estate near Aix-en-Provence, at the gateway to the Luberon, with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1682. Certified organic, the estate drew on its expertise and several years of research to develop, from 2023, a premium range of 0.0% dealcoholised wines, using vacuum distillation to remove the alcohol while preserving the essence of the wine.
